UNEDITED HUMAN is a commercial Social Good initiative operated by The Anu Group Ltd. It is not a separately incorporated entity. The Anu Group Ltd is the legal entity behind UNEDITED HUMAN and is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website. In this notice, "UNEDITED HUMAN", "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Anu Group Ltd operating as UNEDITED HUMAN.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry form or by emailing us. Through the form this includes the nature of your enquiry, your name, your organisation, your email address, your stated area of interest and your message.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it;
• discuss potential programmes, collaboration or services; and
• keep appropriate records of our business communications.

This website is hosted on Netlify. When you submit the form, your submission is processed and stored by Netlify's form service as a processor acting on our behalf, and a notification is sent to our enquiry inbox, which is hosted by Zoho, also acting as a processor on our behalf. These providers process your information only to enable us to receive and respond to your enquiry, and each operates its own security and data-protection measures. Some providers may process data outside your country; where that happens, it is subject to the provider's own safeguards.

Sharing

Beyond the hosting and email providers above, we do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to respond to your enquiry, where you have asked us to, or where required by law. Where a programme later involves specialist providers, any sharing would be discussed and agreed with you separately.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain reasonable records of our communications, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
